Trento Room Booking shows the set of public spaces that can be reserved by common citizens. It shows such spaces both on a map and as a list. The app provides advanced filtering mechanism to show only those rooms that best suit the user needs. It also allow the user to search for a room by name. The app shows all the details that are available for a given public space including seats, price and contact info of the responsible.
The user can check the availability of a given room for a given time slot, also taking a look at the calendar. The user, then, can book the public space providing all the required information. The app shows the list of reservations performed by the user, who can monitor the advancement of the reservation process across the different statuses (waiting for approval, paid, deposit returned, ...).
The rooms are those made available by the local public administration but also those made available by public or private associations.
Reservations can be done only by authenticated users. Log in can be performed via the WeLive authentication mechanism which includes Google and Facebook social login as well as native WeLive authentication.
The application has been developed within the European project "WeLive" (http://www.welive.eu) and also contains a questionnaire for the evaluation of the app.
